Bootcamp starting at Boost Fitness

Boost Fitness, with locations in Northborough and Hudson, has announced that its 12-week Bootcamp is starting soon. Get in shape for 2009 with the high-intensity, strength and conditioning weight loss program. The average participant loses 15-25 pounds, and keeps it off.
