Halfway Cafe Golf Tournament raises $5,700

The Halfway Cafe hosted its 10th annual Halfway Cafe Charity Golf Tournament recently at Marlborough Country Club, with the largest turnout of golfers in the last 10 years. The tournament raised $5,700 this year, which will go toward training a therapy dog for Cameron Widdiss, a young autistic boy from Marlborough. Cameron’s mom, Amie, was very pleased with how the event turned out and is very excited to start this process with her son. Amie and everyone at the Halfway Cafe would like to thank all the golfers who played and people who donated items to support such a great cause.
