Local Initiative Project home available

Hudson – The town of Hudson has a Local Initiative Project (LIP) affordable home available for sale to eligible low- and moderate-income buyers. The available unit is a three-bedroom home at 30 Blueberry Lane priced at $201,400.

In order to qualify, the maximum eligible income for a family of four is $66,150. Potential buyers must submit application and supporting materials to Jennifer Burke, planning director, Town of Hudson, Town Hall, 78 Main St., Hudson MA 01749, by 4 p.m. Wednesday Nov. 18 in order to be eligible to participate in a lottery of eligible buyers. The lottery will take place in the Hudson Town Hall Tuesday Dec. 1 at 6:15 p.m. in the second floor auditorium.

The town will also conduct an Open House Saturday Nov. 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 30 Blueberry Lane. This will be the only opportunity for potential buyers to view the property.

The LIP is run by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development.
