VNA Care Network & Hospice offers booklet “Choosing Hospice”

Region – “Choosing Hospice,” a free guide to specialized care for the terminally ill, is available from VNA Care Network & Hospice, a nonprofit agency that provides physical, emotional, practical and spiritual support to terminally ill patients and their families in Hudson, Marlborough, Northborough, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Westborough and other area communities. The booklet answers common questions about hospice and gives a list of resources.
