Westborough – Beth Tikvah Synagogue, located at 45 Oak St. in Westborough, has announced its High Holiday service schedule for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
Friday, Sept. 30, a Rosh Hashanah morning service will be held at 9:30 a.m. with a Torah reading at 10:30 a.m. For Yom Kippur, Kol Nidrei will be held Friday, Oct. 7, at 6:30 p.m., with a Rabbi's study session from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, a morning service will be held at 9:30 a.m., with a children's service (kindergarten through grade 6) from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The Torah reading will take place at 10:30 a.m.; sermon/Yizkor at 11:15 a.m.; a break will be held at 1:30 p.m.; and Mincha/Ne’ilah will be from 5 to 7 p.m., with the Shofar blowing and break-fast pot luck starting at 7 p.m. Free babysitting is available from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for children under age 5 and reservations should be made in advance.
