Fitchburg – Jane W. (McHugh) Anderson, 75, formerly of Fitchburg, passed away Oct. 19, 2011.
She leaves behind her son, Robert Lee Anderson and his wife Adriana of Northborough; her daughter, Kerry Anderson of Marlborough, with whom she lived; her daughter, Judith Anderson of Fitchburg (deceased); two grandsons: Adrian and Ian Anderson of Northborough; a brother, Gerald McHugh of Fitchburg; and a sister, Ann Malouin of Fitchburg.
Born and raised in Fitchburg, daughter of the late Mark A. and Mary T. (Mannix) McHugh, she graduated from Clark University in Worcester with a B.S. in Business. She went on to earn her MBA from Western New England College in Springfield.
Mrs. Anderson was a professor and served as Associate Dean of Financial Services at Mt. Wachusett Community College in Gardner from 1980- 1996. She was an avid reader and devoted grandmother.
