Shrewsbury feels effect of storm

Shrewsbury – Although not hit as hard as some western Massachusetts towns, Shrewsbury was still impacted by the Oct. 29 nor’easter. The town was estimated to have received approximately 10-11 inches of snow. There were also some reported power outages as well.
