Westborough – St. Luke's Adult English Language Learner (ELL) program is now in its 11th year and is open to all who live or work in Westborough and the surrounding area. Classes meet Monday and Wednesday, 7 to 8:30 p.m. or 9 to 10:30 a.m., in the Parish Center of St. Luke's Church in Westborough. The program has the capacity to serve 60 adults at three different skill levels.
Experienced ELL instructors teach students and provide connections to other resources in the area. The ELL program is funded through grants and other charitable foundations.
Registration is Monday, Jan. 2, 2012, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in St. Luke's Parish Center, One Ruggles Road, Westborough. Students pay a $75 fee to help cover costs, and those who cannot afford that are welcomed at a reduced rate or no charge. Call 508-366-8509 for more information.
