Westborough – Westboro Tennis and Swim Club is hosting their 7th Annual Local Business Health and Wellness Expo Saturday, Jan. 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Everyone is invited to check out the club and over 25 local businesses for a day of fun, prizes, discounts, membership specials and giveaways.
“Although the Expo was created as an event where local businesses have an opportunity to advertise to the community and our current members, it is also intended to educate the local community on health and wellness issues and create awareness about the importance of physical exercise in one's life,” said Justin Lundberg, owner and general manager of Westboro Tennis and Swim Club.
On the day of the Expo, the club is offering no initiation fee, the rest of January free, and a WTSC gift card valued at 10 percent of your membership dues on new memberships, as well as discounts on swim, tennis, fitness, camps, and children's programs. Everyone attending is also eligible to enter a raffle to win a free membership.
Over 25 local businesses are attending the Expo this year and are offering free giveaways and raffles, as well as various discounts off products or services. There will also be chair massage by WTSC's massage therapists, face painting by the Face Fairy, arts & crafts for children, and much more. In addition, 104.5 WXLO will be live on site for the fifth year in a row, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with Morning Show Host Jen. The New England Revolution will be attending, along with their team mascot. They will be raffling off tickets to a New England Revolution game and they welcome you to bring your camera to take pictures of your family with “Slyde,” the Revolution Mascot.
