Guglielmina Fiorentino (1913 – 2012)Westborough – Guglielmina Boznia “Buzzy” Fiorentino passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2012, surrounded by family. She was the beloved sister of Raffaela Yannoni, Mary Katherine, and Mafalda Fiorentino and Leontina Frongillo, and beloved daughter of Nicola and Margherita Mochella Fiorentino

Born in Revere, she lived most her life in Jamaica Plain, and most recently was a member of the Salmon Family Community in Westborough.

She was a beloved aunt to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-grandnieces, and great-grandnephews.

She was an honors graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music in 1936 and, for over 70 years, was a mentor and confidante to hundreds of families and students who she shared her love of music with and taught to play the piano.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, April 24, at 10:30 a.m., in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery of West Roxbury. Calling hours at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., are Monday, April 23, from 5 to 7:30 p.m.

Donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
