Laconia, N.H. – Virginia L. (Leondakis) Publicover, formerly of Hudson, died Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at the Saint Francis Home in Laconia, N.H.
Born in Boston, daughter of the late Emmanuel and Helen (Pavlakis) Leondakis, she resided in Hudson most of her life. She has spent the last several years in Alton Bay, N.H. and Laconia, N.H.
Mrs. Publicover was employed by the Hudson Lock Co. for many years until her retirement.
She is survived by her two sons, Robert E. Publicover and his wife, Mary, of Westport, and William F. Publicover and his wife, Dale, of Alton Bay, N.H. She also is survived by her three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may attend a calling hour Saturday, April 28, from 10 to 11 a.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson, followed by a funeral. Burial will be held in Forestvale Cemetery of Hudson.
