Southborough – Marguerite L. (Merkert) Lisk, 91, a resident of Southborough for the past 53 years, died Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Beaumont of Northborough. She was the wife of the late Seward “Pat” B. Lisk, who passed away in 1990.
Mrs. Lisk was a homemaker, who took great joy in sharing her swimming pool with family and friends. She enjoyed her annual summer vacation to Wolfeboro, N.H., and was a member of the St. Matthew Women's Bowling League for over 50 years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Steven Lisk and his wife, Deborah, of Southbridge, Scott Lisk of Worcester, and Jeffrey Lisk and his wife, Bernice, of Sutton, and five grandchildren, Patrick, Tyler and MacKenzie Moen-Lisk, and Matthew and Christopher Lisk. She was predeceased by her three brothers, Eugene, Robert, and Frank Merkert.
Visiting hours will be held Saturday, June 2, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main St., Southborough. Funeral and burial will be private.
