Shrewsbury – Gloria M. (Gilbert) McLean, 84, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Shrewsbury Crossing after a long illness.
She was the loving mother of Karen Kowal and her husband, Tony, of Berlin and devoted grandmother to Cassandra Kowal of Alexandria, VA, and Nicholas and Nate Kowal, both of Berlin.
Gloria was raised in Belmont and lived many years in Norwood before moving to Shrewsbury in 2008.
Calling hours were held June 3 in Hays Funeral Home of Northborough, with the funeral held June 4 in First Parish Church of Berlin and burial in Newton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John's High School, 378 Main St., Shrewsbury, MA 01545.
