Marlborough – Robert J. Brusini, 68, of Marlborough, formerly of Long Island, N.Y., died Thursday, June 7, 2012 at his home.

He had been employed as a night positioner for U.P.S. for 30 years prior to his retirement.

Born in Manhattan, he was the son of the late Dominick and Mary (Montalbano) Brusini and the husband of Eileen (Kelly) Brusini, of Marlborough.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Danielle Coffin and her husband, David, of Marlborough; his son, Brian Brusini of Levittown, NY; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Vanessa, and Brian Brusini Jr. and Dylan and Cole Coffin, all whom he loved and cherished dearly. He is also survived by family and friends in Marlborough, New York, and Key West, Florida, and his beloved dogs, Timmy, Tazz, Teddy, and Girlie Girl. Go Yankees!

A funeral mass will be celebrated Monday, June 11, at 10:00 a.m., at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 52 Church St., Marlborough, (First United Methodist Church building). Burial will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, Cox Street in Hudson. Visiting hours were held June 10 at the Slattery Funeral Home of Marlborough.
