Marlborough – Thursday, Sept. 6, the Epicurean Room restaurant at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School will be re-opening for the 2012-2013 season, and the kick off will be the ever popular buffet.? Thursday's all-you-can-eat buffet is back, and the Tuesday breakfast specials will be featured every Tuesday, not just once a month.
As it is every year, the chefs were busy coming up with new delectable dishes for your dining pleasure all summer, and Chef Margo Wilson, lead instructor in the Culinary Arts/Chef Training program at the school, said, “We are looking forward to offering some wonderful new entrees to our patrons.? The public is urged to come have a relaxing, delicious lunch, a Tuesday morning breakfast, or even book a business meeting here in our lovely full service restaurant. People may be surprised to hear that we have a catering business as well!”
The restaurant will be open from Tuesdays through Fridays.
