Gymnastics Learning Center coaches named "Best Coaches in the State of Massachusetts for 2012"    Shrewsbury -  Gymnastics Learning Center coaches Nikki and Robert McElroy have been awarded the prestigious title of "Best Coaches in the State of Massachusetts for 2012" by the National USA Gymnastics Association.  The husband-and-wife team were recognized nationally for their superior gymnastics coaching techniques and their tireless dedication to standards of excellence in gymnastics training. Nikki and Robert have been coaches with the Gymnastics Learning Center, located at 574 Lake St. in Shrewsbury, for the past five years, and have led GLC Gymnasts to state, regional and national championships. Space still available in Alzheimer's caregivers support group  Northborough - Home Instead Senior Care began a caregiver support group this month for anyone who is caring for a loved one who has Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.  The support group is limited to 6 people (there are still spaces available) and meets the second Monday evening of every month from 6 to 8 p.m. in Northborough. Discussions are facilitated and guided towards understanding individual situations and creating solutions to the many different needs of the group. It will be a place to share your feelings, hear from others in similar situations and get help solving mutual problems. You must register to attend.
