Robert H. Greenberg, 88Westborough – Robert H. Greenberg, 88, passed away peacefully Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012.??He was predeceased by his Loving wife of 32 years, Cathy Corkey Greenberg.

He is survived by three children, Ron Greenberg, David Greenberg & Maria Greenberg, and three step-children, Christy Belli, Beth Campi, John Campi; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was born Sept 5, 1924 in Boston.?He grew up in Niagara Falls and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1942. He joined the U.S. Merchant Marines, and after the war attended Niagara University.? He was a veteran of WWII and achieved the rank of Lieutenant SG, in the U.S. Merchant Marines, where he served for six years. He received War Medals for Service in The Atlantic War Zone, The Paci?c War zone, The Mediterranean-Middle East War Zone – The New York Medal for Conspicuous Service.

Robert was a Realtor for over 50 years, was named Realtor Emeritus in 1997, and achieved the Professional Designation of CCIM.

He and his beloved wife Cathy retired in South Florida in 1996. They enjoyed traveling in their RV and visited all 49 Continental States, and every province & territory in Canada.
They moved to Westborough in 2010.??His wife Cathy passed away May 24, 2011 and was interred in the Massachusetts National Veteran's Cemetery, where she will be joined by her husband for all eternity.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 7 p.m., in the Unitarian Universalist Church, 64 West Main St., Westborough.
