Marlborough Police seek whereabouts of city resident

Marlborough – The Marlborough Police Department has released the following press release:

On September 27, 2012 Marlborough Police executed a search warrant at 21 Preston St. pursuant to a drug investigation of a resident of this house, Joshua Chevez. As a result of this investigation and the subsequent search of the residence, Mr. Chevez was placed under arrest for various drug offenses including, but not limited to, Possession With Intent to Distribute Class B substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class D substance, and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws. On the evening of his arrest, Mr. Chevez posted bail and was directed to appear in Marlborough District court on September 28th for arraignment, but he defaulted on that date and his whereabouts are currently unknown. There is an active WMS warrant for Mr. Chevez for these offenses and anyone with information regarding his location should immediately call the Marlborough Police Department at (508) 485-1212.
