Backyard Birds of Worcester opens at Broad Meadow Brook

Worcester – Local photographer Ed Chandler will share his observations of backyard birds through photos, his homemade bird feeders, and tips for outwitting squirrels during the Backyard Birds of Worcester photo show opening Sunday, Oct. 28, from 2 to 4 p.m., at Broad Meadow Brook Wildlife Sanctuary. The photos will remain on display through Dec. 15.

Also on display at the opening will be works of art depicting scenes from Broad Meadow Brook Wildlife Sanctuary, painted and drawn by students from Saint Peter-Marian High School.

All are welcome to attend this free opening. The photographer will make brief comments at 3 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
