Sandy update for Oct. 30, 7 p.m.

Region – Sandy continues to aggravate as heavy rains are currently soaking the region. Showers will continue through tomorrow and Thursday before things finally start to subside.

Much of the region has had power restored but there are still thousands who have not been so lucky. And tomorrow, is of course, Halloween. Check in with the C.A. tomorrow morning. We’ll have an update on which towns will allow Halloween and which will choose to postpone it.
