MetroWest Humane Society to hold Annual Auction

Westborough – MetroWest Humane Society's Annual Auction will be held Saturday, Nov. 17, at the Indian Meadows Country Club in Westborough. Viewing of the items starts at 6 p.m. and the live auction starts at 7 p.m. There will be a wonderful variety of items, including weekend getaways, sports memorabilia, sporting events, trips, handmade quilts, theater tickets, just to mention a few.

Included in the ticket cost of $30 are a delicious pasta bar, salad bar, and hors d’oeuvres. For tickets or more information, contact Sheryl Merchant at 508-628-9694 or samerchant@rcn.com. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.metrowesthumanesociety.org.

An advocate for animal welfare, MetroWest Humane Society focuses on the well-being of cats in the MetroWest Boston area, including finding loving homes or providing life-long care while educating the community and reducing the feral/stray cat population. MWHS is a volunteer-led, non-profit, no-kill shelter dependent on charitable donations.
