Thursday, Nov. 8

1:56 a.m. Arrested, Michael J. Colombo, 40, of 105 Durwin St., Middletown, Conn., for speeding, negligent operation of motor vehicle, OUI-liquor.

4:23 a.m. Laurel Dr. Medical.
