On 2/21/13, at 1:50 AM, Officer Caleb Polseno stopped a Ford Escape on Rte. 9 near Bellows Rd. He originally clocked this vehicle on radar in the area of Speedway Plaza doing 77 mph in a 45 mph zone. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Oscar Hernandez, age 28 of 34 Pond St Ashland. After field sobriety tests Hernandez was placed under arrest for OUI liquor, operating after revocation, speeding and a warrant from Framingham District Court for motor vehicle offenses. At the station Hernandez was found to be in possession of a plastic bag containing ammunition. He was not licensed to possess this and was subsequently charged with possession of ammunition without a license to carry. He was held without bail due to the warrant from Framingham and will be arraigned in WDC Thursday.

While assisting Officer Polseno at the scene, Officer Brian Massey placed a passenger who was in the left rear seat of the vehicle, under arrest. During the stop of Hernandez, Jose V.
