Hudson – Eleanor D. (Ainsworth) O”Hare, 84, of Hudson, formerly of Marlborough and Natick, died Thursday, May 16, 2013 at the Miriam Boyd Parlin Hospice Residence in Wayland. She was predeceased by her first husband, John T. Crowley, in 1983 and her second husband, William O”Hare, in 2000.

Eleanor was born and raised in Natick, daughter of the late William and Bernice (Handley) Ainsworth. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Natick High School.

She spent 15-plus years as an auditor for the Natick Trust Co. until her retirement. She was a former member of the Immaculate Conception Parish in Marlborough and was a member of Saint Michael's Parish in Hudson.

Eleanor was a devoted mother and grandmother, and had a unique passion for helping people in need. She spent many years as a volunteer at Marlborough Hospital and will be remembered by all who knew her for her kind spirit.

She is survived by her two sons, John F. Crowley of Hauppauge, NY and Charlie Crowley of Hudson, and her grandson, Colin Crowley of Marlborough. She is also survived by her sister, Barbara Dumas of Massachusetts.

A funeral Mass was celebrated Monday, May 20, at 9:00 a.m., in Saint Michael's Church, 21 Manning St., Hudson, with burial in Saint Patrick's Cemetery of Natick.
