Northborough honors fallen veterans

Northborough – Now that downtown road construction is completed in Northborough, the Memorial Day parade resumed its customary route. Stops were made for ceremonies at four monuments. Participants included many members of the American Legion Vincent F. Picard Post 234 and guest veterans. Among the speakers were state Sen. Harriette Chandler, D-Worcester; state Rep. Danielle Gregoire, D-Marlborough; state Rep. Harold Naughton Jr., D-Clinton; and Board of Selectmen Chair Bill Pantazis. Music was provided by the Algonquin Regional High School Marching Band and Chamber Choir.
