Nora Weigold, age 4, of Shrewsbury; Madeline Faucher, age 4, of Shrewsbury; and Nolan Valliere, age 5, and his sister, Adalyn Valliere, age 4, both of Millbury, are waving flags as they wait for their dads to turn the corner. Madeline, Nolan, and Adalyn's fathers are Shrewsbury police officers and Nora's father is a Shrewsbury firefighter. Katie Faucher, Madeline's mother, said that "Coming to the Memorial day parade is one of my favorite things to do every year. The kids enjoy seeing their dads march and it's a great way to learn about all the men and women who have served our country."
