Garden Party celebrates fifth year benefitting Shrewsbury schools

Shrewsbury – About 400 guests mingled for a good cause at the fifth annual Celebration in the Garden Party, held June 15 at the historic Fallon House, home of Heather and Jason Logrippo. Entertainment was provided by the Shrewsbury-based band “Tension,” sponsored by Beaton Kane Construction. Among the prizes of the live auction emceed by Selectman Jim Kane was two hours of work to be done by 18 members of the Garden Party Committee, which raised $800. All proceeds go to the Shrewsbury Public Schools.
