Eagle Riders pay tribute to one of their own

M Eagle bikers at funeralMarlborough – Members of of the Marlborough Eagle Riders #3565, ride to the William R. Short and Son Funeral Home this morning to pay their respects to former Marlborough Police Officer James Metivier, 56, who passed away unexpectedly June 11.

Metivier was with the Marlborough Police Department for 25 years before having to retire due to an injury. Members of the Eagle Riders, of which he was one, decided to organize the ride to the funeral home as a way to pay a last tribute to him.
