Marlborough – The Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC) will host its annual Lobster Fest Wednesday, July 24, from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. This event will be held in the tent at Longfellow's Wayside Inn, 72 Wayside Inn Road, in Sudbury.
The event is an old-fashioned lobster bake including chowder, steamers, mussels, 1.25-pound lobster, barbecue chicken, corn on the cob, mixed green salad, red bliss potatoes, watermelon and ice cream. The band Flashback will be providing music and there will be an appearance by the Fife & Drum Corps from the Wayside Inn.
The Lobster Fest provides an opportunity for networking and marketing a service or business. It is open to the public and the cost is $50 per person for dinner; there is a cash bar and many activities. Non-members are welcome to attend to learn more about the MRCC.
