Westborough – More than 20 athletes participated in the Massachusetts Senior Games badminton competition held at the Boston Badminton Club in Westborough June 23. The Massachusetts games, for athletes ages 40 and over, were created in 1991. Today, more than 1,100 athletes compete in 23 summer and seven winter events. The games include both individual and team sports divided into age categories. The badminton competition included singles, doubles and mix doubles events.
