Bob Kays named grand marshal of Marlborough Labor Day Parade

M EDITED WEB bob kays grand marshalMarlborough – At a press conference July 22 at City Hall, Bob Kays (center) is announced the grand marshal of the 62nd annual Marlborough Labor Day Parade by (l to r) Parade Director Ed Thurber and Mayor Arthur Vigeant. “The Spirit of Marlborough” is the theme of this year's parade, which will begin at noon Monday, Sept. 2.
