Marlborough – The Marlborough Central Fire Station hosted an open house Oct. 12 in observance of National Fire Prevention Week (Oct. 6 to 12). After collecting safety literature, children watched videos and live demonstrations, and got behind the wheel of fire trucks and ambulances. They and their families were treated to pizza, ice cream and popcorn.
