Shrewsbury – Anya Hoemann, 2, gets creative while attending Spooky Creations, a workshop presented Oct. 22 by the Shrewsbury Garden Club Junior Membership at the Shrewsbury Public Library. Children?of all ages?were invited to decorate a gourd or pumpkin for Halloween.
