Friday, Feb. 28

7:22 a.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Northboro Road residence.

7:45 a.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.

8:27 a.m. An officer assisted a motorist with a lost item on Turnpike Road.

9:01 a.m. A Central Street business owner reported that someone may have entered the business at some point during the night. The responding officer took a report, and the incident is currently under investigation.

9:23 a.m. An officer took a vandalism report from a Southville Road resident.

12:01 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Latisquama Road residence.

12:39 p.m. Arrested, Leanna Oliveira of Apple Door Road, Framingham, MA. Ms. Oliveira was arrested on an active Arrest Warrant out of North Attleborough District Court. She was also issued a civil citation for marijuana possession.

12:56 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Lovers Lane residence.

2:24 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Presidential Drive residence.

4:27 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a different Presidential Drive residence.

4:49 p.m. A medical was reported at an Autumn Hill Lane residence.

5:34 p.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.

10:20 p.m. Arrested, Nicholas Michaels of Nathan Stone Lane, Southborough, MA. Officers responded to the residence after receiving a report of a domestic argument in progress. Mr. Michaels was charged with domestic assault & battery and resisting arrest.

10:42 p.m. A medical was reported at the police station.

Saturday, March 1

12:17 a.m. Officers conducted a requested well-being check on a Ted Lane resident.

12:39 a.m. Officers responded to the Turnpike Road area to investigate a report of an erratic operator. The vehicle had left the area prior to the officer's arrival.

1:51 a.m. Arrested, Diego Demorais of Pine Street, Framingham, MA. Mr. Demorais was charged with OUI alcohol and marked lanes violation.

6:05 a.m. A medical was reported at a General Henry Knox Road residence.

9:12 a.m. A resident of Pinecone Lane reported a possible phone scam. The responding officer took a report and conducted a follow-up investigation.

10:09 a.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Parkerville Road residence.

10:46 a.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. Injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.

1:08 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.

3:08 p.m. Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Cordaville Road.

6:06 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Presidential Drive residence.

10:06 p.m. Arrested, Felipe Leite of Carmicle Drive, Taunton, MA. Mr. Leite was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and marked lanes violation.

11:07 p.m. Officers responded to Turnpike Road to investigate a report of an erratic operator. The operator was located and checked out ok.

11:27 p.m. ?An officer responded to Sadie Hutt Lane to investigate a report of a suspicious motor vehicle in the area. The vehicle was located and checked out ok.

Sunday, March 2

1:13 a.m. An officer on patrol checked on a suspicious motor vehicle left on the side of Turnpike Road. The vehicle was unattended and towed from the scene by Ted's Auto Body.

6:39 a.m. A medical was reported at a Pleasant Street residence.

8:54 a.m. Officers responded with the Fire Department to assist with a Chimney fire at a Leonard Drive residence.

10:03 a.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.

11:57 a.m. A medical was reported at an Andrews Way residence.

12:09 p.m. A Woodland Road resident reported two dogs running loose in his driveway. The Animal Control Officer was notified.

12:41 p.m. A medical was reported at a Strawberry Hill Road residence.

3:00 p.m. Officers investigated a parking complaint in front of a Turnpike Road business.

8:15 p.m. Officers responded to an Oak Hill Road residence for a barking dog complaint.

11:37 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.

Monday, March 3

4:39 a.m. Officers assisted a disabled tractor trailer unit on Turnpike Road.

6:52 a.m. A motorist from Marlborough, MA was issued a Criminal Application for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

7:56 a.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Madison Place residence.

9:45 a.m. An officer checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked on Northboro Road. The vehicle checked out ok.

10:34 a.m. An officer took a report of a phone scam from a Middle Road resident.

5:46 p.m. An officer responded to the Middle Road area to investigate a report of vehicles speeding in the area.

7:50 p.m. A medical was reported at a Boston Road residence.

Tuesday, March 4

8:14 a.m. Officers responded to a Sarsenstone Way residence to assist with a family dispute. The situation was resolved by the responding officers.

9:23 a.m. A medical was reported at a Sarsenstone Way residence.

9:34 a.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.

9:54 a.m. Officers provided a funeral escort on Main Street.

1:21 p.m. An officer responded with the Fire Department to a Turnpike Road business to investigate a fire alarm activation.

1:39 p.m. Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Newton Street business.

1:46 p.m. A medical was reported at a Boston Road residence.

2:10 p.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.

2:33 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Presidential Drive residence.

4:47 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Northboro Road business.

5:20 p.m. A motorist from Framingham, MA was issued a Criminal Application for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

7:28 p.m. An officer investigated a parking complaint on Middle Road.

8:32 p.m. An officer responded to a Peggy Drive residence to investigate a report of a suspicious male and female party in the area. The reporting party stated that the two had knocked on her door, and had asked for a person that never lived there. After being advised of this, the two individuals left the area. The officer checked the area and reported back negative findings.

10:10 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.

Wednesday, March 5

1:24 a.m. A medical was reported at a Highland Street residence.

6:37 a.m. Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Marlboro Road.

7:22 a.m. Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Pine Hill Road.

8:15 a.m. Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Mt. Vickery Road business.

9:52 a.m. An officer investigated a parking complaint on Cordaville Road.

9:56 a.m. An officer assisted a Central Street business owner with a civil matter.

12:11 p.m. Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from Fay School on Main Street.

12:50 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Southville Road residence.

2:37 p.m. An officer responded to Middle Road to investigate a report of someone walking on the ice. The responding officer reported back negative findings.

3:40 p.m. Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from a Main Street residence.

5:13 p.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Pine Hill Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.

5:26 p.m. A motorist from Worcester, MA was issued a Criminal Application for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

5:56 p.m. Arrested, Dana Modest of Sarsenstone Way, Southborough, MA. Mr. Modest was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

7:11 p.m. A medical was reported at Fay School on Main Street.

Thursday, March 6

9:13 a.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.

9:37 a.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Pine Hill Road residence.

9:47 a.m. An officer on patrol observed that the Jersey barrier at Turnpike Road and Breakneck Hill Road had been damaged. Mass DOT was notified and responded to the scene.

9:53 a.m. An officer took a report of a phone scam from an Oak Hill Road residence.

10:16 a.m. An officer investigated a report of a larceny at a Cordaville Road business.

10:19 a.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Blendon Woods Drive residence.

1:26 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Presidential Drive residence.

5:05 p.m. A motorist from Webster, MA was issued a Criminal Application for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

5:33 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.

10:32 p.m. Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.

11:02 p.m. A medical was reported at a Pearl Street residence.

11:48 p.m. A Pearl Street resident was placed into Protective Custody due to alcohol intoxication.

The information from the police log is obtained directly from the official records maintained at each police station in our circulation area. It contains arrests and samplings of police activity. Those arrested are innocent until proven guilty. The Community Advocate will publish news of acquittals upon notification and a copy of court-issued documentation.
