Friday, March 7

1:12 a.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Newton Street business.

1:54 a.m. An officer on patrol reported a suspicious vehicle parked at a Southville Road business. The vehicle checked out ok.

2:16 a.m. An officer on patrol reported two, suspicious vehicles parked in a Turnpike Road business parking lot. Both vehicles checked out ok.

6:35 a.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Main Street. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.

6:39 a.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Watkins Lane residence.

8:32 a.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Marlboro Road. There were injuries reported from the scene of the accident.

11:51 a.m. A Davis Road resident reported a possible phone scam.

2:19 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Johnson Road residence.

4:06 p.m. Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Deerfoot Road.

5:23 p.m. Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.

5:26 p.m. Arrested, Michael Bean, Sears Island Street, Worcester, MA. Mr. Bean was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

5:57 p.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.

8:44 p.m. Officers assisted a disabled motorist on Turnpike Road.

9:03 p.m. An officer responded to a Park Street business to assist with an unruly customer.

10:40 p.m. An officer responded with the Fire Department to investigate a report of smoke inside of a Breakneck Hill Road residence.

10:54 p.m. Southborough assisted Hopkinton police with a follow-up investigation of a larceny that took place in their town.

Saturday, March 8

12:56 a.m. Southborough assisted Westborough Police with crowds from a large concert at the Double Tree Hotel in Westborough.

4:54 a.m. A medical was reported at a Walnut Drive residence.

9:21 a.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.

3:56 p.m. A medical was reported at a Newton Street business.

4:11 p.m. Officers investigated a one car, motor vehicle accident on Central Street. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.

8:21 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Marlboro Road business.

10:24 p.m. Officers investigated a suspicious motor vehicle parked in the parking lot of a Turnpike Road business. The officer reported back that the vehicle checked out ok.

Sunday, March 9

5:24 a.m. A medical was reported at an Andrews Way residence.

2:07 p.m. A medical was reported at a Marlboro Road residence.

7:49 p.m. Officers responded to a Bigelow Road residence for a report of a past domestic assault & battery. The case is currently under investigation.

9:46 p.m. An officer checked on a suspicious motor vehicle parked and running in a Main Street parking lot. The vehicle and the operator both checked out ok.

Monday, March 10

7:43 a.m. A medical was reported at a Cordaville Road business.

10:01 a.m. Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call from the Southborough Arts Center.

12:46 p.m. An officer on patrol removed a large amount of debris from Turnpike Road.

12:57 p.m. An officer responded with the Fire Department to investigate a fire alarm at a Nipmuc Lane residence.

2:40 p.m. An officer checked on a suspicious motor vehicle that was parked on Darlene Drive. The vehicle and the operator checked out ok.

5:03 p.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Turnpike Road business.

5:55 p.m. A medical was reported at a Turnpike Road business.

6:26 p.m. Officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on View Hill Road. The responding officer reported back negative findings in the area.

7:28 p.m. A medical was reported at a Maplecrest Drive residence.

7:53 p.m. A medical was reported at a Boston Road residence.

8:13 p.m. A resident of Gilmore Road reported a fraudulent use of their credit card.

11:37 p.m. A resident of Wildwood Drive reported a tow truck was parked (and running) in their driveway. Responding officers located the tow truck driver and advised him to leave.

The information from the police log is obtained directly from the official records maintained at each police station in our circulation area. It contains arrests and samplings of police activity. Those arrested are innocent until proven guilty. The Community Advocate will publish news of acquittals upon notification and a copy of court-issued documentation.
