Marlborough Savings Bank to host homebuyers” seminar

Marlborough – The Marlborough Savings Bank (MSB) will be holding a free homebuyers” seminar on Thursday, May 22, from 6:30-8 p.m. at its 21 East Main St., Westborough branch.

Whether you'se been through the process of buying a home before, or you'se taking the first steps to becoming a homeowner, this seminar will help prepare you for each step of the mortgage process. MSB's mortgage specialist, Ken Lewis, will be delivering the seminar from the perspective of a mortgage lender. A panel of experts, including a real estate agent, home inspector, real estate attorney, and insurance agent will be in attendance. The seminar will include, but is not limited to, topics such as:

•?????????? How to apply and qualify for a mortgage

•?????????? What are the down payment requirements

•?????????? Insights from a panel of experts in the home-buying process

“The best thing you can do is take the time to do your research. This seminar offers you the opportunity to do that research first-hand with experts in the business who know what questions to ask and what to look for,” Lewis said.
