By Gregory Arnold, Contributing Writer

N St Rose of Lima car washNorthborough – The Saint Rose of Lima Church held its eighth annual car wash fundraiser May 31.

High school students who are members of the church's Young Neighbors in Action group washed cars to raise money for upcoming mission trips. This year students will be traveling to either Habitat for Humanity or Camp Sunshine in Maine to volunteer. Other members of the group will stay local and help out charities in Worcester and Boston.

The car wash is one of a number of fundraisers the group puts on throughout the year. The money brought in from the car wash itself as well as donations is crucial in funding the trips for the kids.
