Marlborough Savings awards grant for school sound system

Westborough – The Marlborough Savings Charitable Foundation awarded the Westborough Public Schools Fine Arts Department a $1,000 grant to complete a sound system at the Sarah W. Gibbons Middle School. The Gibbons Middle School serves a population of approximately 600 seventh- and eighth-grade students.

“The school has not had a dedicated sound system. We'se been borrowing equipment from other organizations,” explained David Jost, coordinator of fine arts for the Westborough School system.
