Leominster – Natalina L. (Moleiro) Silva, 86, of Leominster, formerly of Gardner and a longtime resident of Hudson, died Tuesday, June 17, 2014 surrounded by her loving family at her residence in Leominster.

Natalina was born and raised in Portugal, daughter of the late Agostinho and Clara (Dias) Moleiro. She emigrated to the United States at a young age and resided in Hudson for many years prior to residing in Gardner for 20-plus years and Leominster where she has spent the past year.

She was employed by the former Parker Co. in Northborough for many years until her retirement. She was a member of Saint Michael's Parish in Hudson.

Natalina was a loving mother, sister, and later grandmother. She took great pride in raising her family and cherished every moment she could be with them. She truly loved and cared for all her grandchildren and great-grandson, and they will all surely miss her.

She is survived by her children, Ilda Silva of Leominster, Agostinho Silva of Yorktown, Va., and Fatima Silva of Hudson, N.H. She is also survived by her sister, Lucia Caetano of Hudson; her brother, Luis Moleiro of Portugal; her four grandchildren, Melissa Picorelli of Brazil, Sarah Chaves of Taunton, Rachel Silva of Yorktown, Va., and Chris Silva of Yorktown, Va.; her great-grandson Ayden Chaves; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may attend a calling hour Saturday, June 21, from 8 – 8:45 a.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., followed by a funeral Mass which will be celebrated at 9 a.m. in Saint Michael's Church, 21 Manning St., Hudson. Burial will follow in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson.
