Shrewsbury – The Town of Shrewsbury has announced its fall 2014 schedule for leaves, grass and small branch pick-up: Oct. 20-24, Nov. 3-7, Nov. 17-21, and Dec. 1-5.
Leaves and grass must be in the 30 gallon lawn and leaf paper bags and lined up at the curb by 7 a.m. Routes and drivers are subject to change.
Small branches will be picked up if they are no longer than 3” in diameter, cut into 4-foot lengths, and bundled.
In the event of inclement weather, cover the bags to prevent water saturation. Bags should be loaded to a reasonable weight limit only, and placed no earlier than the night before your rubbish collection day.
