Westborough – Lan Hsu, 94, of Westborough, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014 at home. She was the wife of the late Eugene Hsu. Lan was born and educated in Taiwan and came to the United States in 1981.
She was employed as a sushi chef at the Hisa Restaurant in Westborough prior to her retirement. She has been a resident of Westborough for 15 years, previously living in Framingham.
She is survived by two daughters, Meiko Chen and her husband Newton of Westborough and Shu-Mei Hsu of Westborough; three grandchildren, Jen Caso and his wife Yecenia, Wen Chen and his wife Hestia, and Paggy Chen; and three great-grandchildren, Tiffany Chen, Rachael Chen, and Monica Caso.
Services will be held privately.
