Obit Lisa PierceHudson – Lisa J. (Pascal) Pierce, 52, died Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014 after a period of failing health. She was the wife of Scott Pierce, to whom she was married for 32 years.

She was born in Boston, the daughter of Sandra (Bazzie) DeWolfe and the late Michael Pascal. She was also the stepdaughter of the late Raymond DeWolfe. She lived in Hudson for 20 years after spending much of her life in Marlborough.

Lisa worked as a bartender and was a longtime member of the Marlborough Fish and Game Association. She was an active member of the Grace Baptist Church in Hudson for many years.

Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Jody Blanchard and her husband Paul of Northborough; two brothers, Michael Pascal of Marlborough and Steven Pascal of Hudson; three sisters, Nancy Bulluck of Noth Carolina., Marcy DeWolfe of Needham, and Donna Nelson of Illinois; three grandchildren, Marcus, Derek, and Caitlyn; and numerous other family members. She was predeceased by a daughter, Amy Leigh Pierce.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, Oct. 14, at 12 p.m., in the William R. Short and Son Funeral Home (www.shortfuneral.com), 95 West Main St., Marlborough. Burial will follow in Forestvale Cemetery in Hudson. Visiting hours at the funeral home will be held Tuesday morning from 10 a.m. to noon prior to the service.
