Worcester – Paula (Darcy) LeBlanc, 55, of Worcester, formerly of Marlborough, died unexpectedly Friday, Oct. 24, 2014 at St. Vincent Hospital.

She was born in Cambridge, the daughter of the late Francis and Mary (Allen) Darcy, and was raised in Sudbury. She was a graduate of Lincoln-Sudbury High School and attended UMass Amherst and Boston College.

Paula worked as an advocate for Central MA Housing Alliance in Worcester for 10 years.

She was a kindhearted, outgoing, friendly woman with a great sense of humor who adored her grandson.

Paul leaves two sons, Christopher M. LeBlanc of Singapore and Jason R. LeBlanc of Worcester; two daughters, Cassandra D. LeBlanc of Southborough and Brittany L. O’Connor of Worcester; two brothers, Patrick J. Darcy of Sudbury and Michael J. Darcy of Marlborough; a sister, Carolyn M. Darcy of Marlborough; a grandson, Jason R. LeBlanc Jr. of Worcester; and uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, Oct. 30, at 9 a.m., in Immaculate Conception Church, Prospect Street, Marlborough. Burial will be in New Town Cemetery in Sudbury at a later date. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Oct. 29, from 5-8 p.m., in the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home (www.CollinsFuneral.com), 378 Lincoln St., Marlborough.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
