Shrewsbury – Oak Middle School kicked off its annual magazine drive Nov. 6 with student Kimmy Chhoeuk winning the drawing from among the students who turned in the most address booklets. She received a $50 gift card, a sneaker chair, a “selfie” tripod and mini-fridge.
The drive will continue through Monday, Nov. 17. This is the Middle Schools biggest fundraiser of the year. The money raised helps fund field trips, software subscriptions, books and resources for the Media Center, the Grade 6 Mock Dig project, and Lock Down kits for classrooms.
