Shrewsbury – The 10th annual holiday toy collection benefiting needy families has begun and will continue until Friday, Dec. 12. New, non-violent toys may be dropped off at one of the following Shrewsbury locations: Gymnastics Learning Center, 574 Lake St.; Shrewsbury Senior Center, 98 Maple Ave.; Shaw’s Osco Pharmacy, White City Plaza; Avidia Bank, 23 Maple Ave.; Shrewsbury Federal Credit Union, 489 Boston Turnpike; and the Shrewsbury Public Library, 214 Lake St. (temporary location behind Glavin Center).
Toys will go to children served by Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services, as well as local families served by the Worcester County Department of Children & Families. For more information, call 508-753-6789.
