Region – Once again, SpencerBANK employees worked together this holiday season to support the Spencer Toys for Tots campaign. Collectively, staff members donated toys to 27 children living in Spencer. SpencerBANK employees are the largest contributor to the Spencer Toys for Tots program, while the bank also serves as a drop-off location for this program each year.

“Our employees look forward to giving back during the holiday season and we’re very proud that they put forth such an effort to help children and their families,” said K. Michael Robbins, president and CEO of SpencerBANK. “It is a joy to have had the opportunity to brighten the holiday season for families in Spencer.”

In addition, SpencerBANK recently donated $1,750 to Jeremiah’s Inn of Worcester. The organization assists adult homeless men through a social model residential recovery program, while also operating an emergency food pantry. This donation will benefit the organization’s food pantry whose mission is to provide nutritious food to those within the southern Worcester community.

“Jeremiah’s Inn performs important work by providing emergency food assistance to those in need,” Robbins said. “We are pleased to help this organization carry out their mission in feeding our neighbors.”
