Ashland – The featured speaker for the next Ashland Business Association (ABA) meeting, to be held Tuesday, Feb. 3, will be Alex Carleton, from SHIFT Coaching of Ashland. The meeting will be held in the Community Room of the Ashland Library, 66 Front St. Early networking takes place from 6:30-7 p.m., with presentations from 7-8:30 p.m. ABA members and guests are invited to attend.

Carleton will present “How to Give (and Receive) Constructive Criticism.” Participants will learn the qualities of good constructive criticism and how to communicate it in a way that motivates change and leads to improvement. Whether reviewing an employee, vendor, family member or friend, participants will feel more confident delivering better feedback the next time they are presented with the opportunity.
