Hudson – Elizabeth A. “Betty” (Rodoff) Allsobrooks, 89, of Hudson, formerly of Marlborough, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2015 at Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Walter K. Allsobrooks, who died in 1991.

Betty was born and raised in Reading, Penn., daughter of the late Irvin and Florence (Meintzer) Rodoff. She resided in Marlborough for many years before moving to Hudson where she has spent the past 26 years.

Betty took great pride in the care of her home and raising her children. She always looked forward to spending time with her children and especially enjoyed the frequent playing of board games with her daughter.

Betty is survived by her son, Alan James Allsobrooks and his wife Brenda of Gardner, and her son in-law, Robert Wyckstrom of Vermont, husband of her late daughter, Connie Wyckstrom, who died in 2010. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Mark Alan Wyckstrom of Lancaster, Heather Moschan and her husband Randy of Gardner, Patrick James Allsobrooks and his wife Missie of Gardner, Candice Lynn Allsobrooks of Gardner; her three adoring great-grandchildren, Tyler, Jennie, and Emily; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her five brothers.

Family and friends may attend calling hours Friday, Feb. 13, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson. A funeral service and celebration of Betty’s life will follow at 12 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson.
