Region – Natick Visiting Nurse Association (Natick VNA), the area’s premier free-standing, not-for-profit home health care agency, has received a $740 donation from Zoup!, a new fast-casual restaurant in Natick’s Sherwood Plaza. The donation was made after a recent pre-grand opening fundraiser, which was held at Zoup!.
Zoup! served 12 of its award-winning soups at the event, and all proceeds generated were donated to Natick VNA.
“We are so grateful to Zoup! and its owners, Mark and Lori Fox, who gave generously to the Natick VNA. We rely on community partners to help us offset the cost of unreimbursed care we provide to our patients throughout MetroWest,” said Natick VNA CEO Judith Boyko, MS, RN, MBA.
Natick VNA provides home health care for approximately 2,000 people annually in the comfort of their homes. Natick VNA has been able to provide that care despite the ever-changing healthcare environment and the financial challenges it presents, through the generosity and support of community partners and donors.
The Natick VNA provides services to individuals in the following communities: Ashland, Auburndale, Dover, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Marlborough, Medfield, Medway, Millis, Natick, Needham, Newton, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, Wayland, Wellesley, Westborough, and Weston.
