Boylston – Mary Louise Dusseault, of Boylston, formerly of Hudson, passed away peacefully in her sleep Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at the age of 89. She was the beloved wife of J. Fred Dusseault, who passed away in 2003.

Born Nov. 3, 1925 in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Frances (Carey) Claffey.

Mary was an active alumnus of Boston University and the New England Conservatory of Music. She served on the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Town of Hudson for seven years.

She was an enthusiastic member for over 40 years of the Catholic Daughters of America Court St. John Eudes #987 and served as an officer during that time. She loved being with children and was a kindergarten teacher at St. Luke’s Kindergarten School in Hudson and Country Day School in Stow. For many years, she taught piano lessons in her private studio.

Mary was proud of her Irish heritage and deeply devoted to her faith, her family, and her friends. She took great pride in her children and grandchildren and especially cherished her times with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.

She was the dear mother of Frederick Dusseault and his wife Michelle, Thomas Dusseault, Maureen Morel and her husband Richard, Ellen Dusseault, and Mary Lou Dusseault and her husband Frank Constance, and the cherished grandmother of Jeremy Dusseault, Chloe Morel, Nigel Morel, and Timothy Dusseault.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday March 27, at 9 a.m., in Saint Michael’s Church, 21 Manning St., Hudson. Burial will follow in Saint Michael’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday March 26, from 5-8 p.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson.
